Fort Lauderdale based lawyer David M. Brandwein, P.A. is dedicated to helping individuals and their families who have been wrongfully injured due to the negligence of others. He seeks justice in the areas of personal injury and insurance disputes. In Law School David was a legal intern before Chief Judge Houk, the State Attorney’s Office, Appellate Division and the Public Defender’s Office in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

After passing both the Florida and New Jersey Bar Examinations, David joined the prominent defense firm Murphy & Roig. That invaluable experience being on “the other side of the fence” and the jury trials are particularly helpful to plaintiffs and consumers who must now deal with insurance companies and attorneys.

David earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1995 and his B.A. degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1985.

David is an active member of the Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association

His community involvement includes serving on the Board of Trustees of the Marlene Barnett Hochfelsen Foundation (MBHF), the purpose is to promote and further the education of the Jewish people throughout the world. The first project will be the establishment of the Marlene Barnett Hochfelsen Yeshiva School (MBHYS) in partnership with the Chabad of Plantation, Florida. The MBHYS will follow the Chabad style of educational training and study for grade school age children. The MBHF will also establish a scholarship program for children that can not financially afford the tuition.
